Key Responsibilities Transformation:

  • Support and guide the Journey to Intelligent Operations Including development of the Transformation Roadmap with Delivery to Client

  • Assessing and routinely monitoring the performance and actions to the roadmap with regional and global Ops

  • Drives quality improvements across projects and processes 

  • Lead kaizen events/ Design Thinking sessions

  • Execute End-to-End projects

  • Develops and supports analytic projects 

  • Discover process improvement opportunities (GenAI – Agentic)

  • Designs and oversees data collection plans 

  • Independently supports DMAIC

Key Responsibilities Delivery Excellence:

  • Leads our Delivery Excellence framework to evaluate the behaviors and operational rigor within the operation

  • Support transition accounts to guarantee start green stay green and operational rigor from day one

  • Perform assessments on maturity, artifacts and behaviors and lead the operation on remediation actions and best practices

  • Train the operational on Root cause analysis

  • Support accounts on CX watchlist, poor job or potential poor job

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Six Sigma and / or Lean experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of client facing experience

  • Lean Six Sigma GB Certification

  • Minimum required education: High School Diploma.

  • Advanced English written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified or Certificate around Yellow Belt or Green Belt as evidenced by appropriate application, risk, process and metric definition and analysis examples

  • Basic level of Minitab, SPC or SPSS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and examples of project participation

  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, statistical analysis with Excel functions, data mining)

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Basic quantitative analysis skills

  • Project Costing and cost modeling

  • Business Case development

  • Client facing experience
