The responsibilities of this role may include
Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time programming and delivery of digital campaigns.
Proactively manage relationships and coordinate work between cross-functional teams, answering or addressing requirements and/or clarifying questions as needed.
Assist stakeholders during the initial campaign intake process by ensuring the correct E2E programming processes and scheduling meetings to make sure all mandatory assets and requirements are received.
Work with stakeholders to determine project milestones dates and track progress against those agreed-upon milestones.
Provide stakeholders support by communicating campaign objectives, requirements priorities, launch timelines, removing roadblocks, and clarifying questions.
Validate any schedule impacts, communicate approved changes and/or escalate risks and issues with stakeholders as needed.
Follow processes, system and documentation as expected; identify issues or barriers to efficiency.
Recommend improvements and partners to implement solutions.
QA production work, reviewing and providing clarification where needed.
Actively participate in client initiatives and interactives providing production insights and giving visibility about possible impacts.
Ensure information is consistently captured in all project tools and platforms.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in a client-facing role. (Must)
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Team-work oriented.
Experience in reporting and data tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, and others.
·Basic knowledge of Microsoft ADO and Power BI.
Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
Advanced English written and spoken.

Solid critical thinking and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
