Business Transformation & Process Excellence Specialist (Procure to Pay)

Key Responsibilities
Serve as SME for End‑to‑End Procure to Pay (PTP) processes
Analyze end‑to‑end processes to drive standardization, automation and transformation (including GenAI)
Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities
Define and execute change management strategies, adoption plans and metrics
Ensure compliance, risk management and internal controls are embedded in processes
Lead Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives and End‑to‑End projects
Analyze, monitor and report business outcomes and change metrics
Coach and train teams on process excellence and problem‑solving practices
Lead Delivery Excellence assessments on maturity, behaviors and operational rigor
Support transitions to ensure Start Green, Stay Green
Drive remediation actions and best practice adoption
Qualifications
Required
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of project / process improvement experience
Experience working with End‑to‑End processes (PTP)
Client‑facing experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced English written and spoken.
Preferred
Experience with change management, automation and analytics
Knowledge of controls, compliance and risk management
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
