The Salesforce Business Analysis Specialist will work alongside Product Managers, client business/product stakeholders, and technical teams to define and manage business and functional requirements in support of a modernized Salesforce solution. The Salesforce Business Analysis Specialist will play a key role in translating prioritized epics into user stories, defining functional and data requirements to support system design and implementation, supporting agile delivery processes, and ensuring business needs are accurately captured and delivered throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate high-level epics into detailed user stories across key domains
- Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered functionality through ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and support continuous improvement of requirements and delivery processes
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning activities
- Facilitate requirements handoff to development teams and assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance
- Document data integration, migration, and transformation requirements
- Contribute to cutover planning and support go-live readiness activities
Required Experience:
Minimum required education: High School Diploma
Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
Dedicated experience in relevant domain within a Salesforce implementation program (especially Sales & Service Clouds).
Strong familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira
Proven ability to manage detailed user story documentation and support iterative build processes
Effective communicator able to bridge technical and business perspectives
