Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
Change Analyst is responsible for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes, systems and structures within the organization and play a crucial role in ensuring that staff members embrace the change. Change Analyst ensure that change projects are implemented on time and within the expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate with Change Manager to mobilize Service Provider support where needed e.g., testing, system issues to realize or land the benefits of changes to process, system and people rollouts · Support the coordination of communications and internal activities to prepare Service Provide stakeholders within each delivery center to stabilize operational changes · Collaborate effectively across delivery centers and within Client teams
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 2 years of change management and communications experience
· Experience collaborating with multiple large scales, global projects
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience working with a large technology company
· English level B2, both written and verbal
· Preferably from Finance background
· Preferably have some knowledge of the process R2R (Accounting) End to End
