Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand application demands, refining system functionalities, and overseeing the deployment of software components that support business operations effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application features to meet business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), MicroStrategy Business Intelligence, Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient data models within Snowflake environments.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage data security within the data warehouse.
- Familiarity with integrating Snowflake with various business intelligence and analytics tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
