As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in business solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
