As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business continuity, contributing to a reliable and efficient technology environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize support workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to analyze network performance and issues.
- Ability to design and maintain secure and scalable network environments.
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
