What would you do? The role is responsible for handling incidents (tickets) and making Inbound/outbound calls for retailers contracted with the Client and their sales representatives and to Respond to finance-related inquiries from US retail and trade marketing customers. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products, promotions, discounting payments and adjustments among others. Manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate categorization and timely escalation to internal teams.
What are we looking for? Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook). Experience: At least 3-5 years in an analyst or similar role, preferably in finance or trade payment processes. Experience to work in 3rd Party culture, improve processes to provide more effective results Soft Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal Skills, ability to work under pressure, and analytical thinking.
