What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Sales Operations involves managing and supporting the processes that drive a company s sales efforts. This includes sales planning, data analysis, performance tracking, and process optimization. The goal is to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Effective sales operations help streamline workflows and support the sales team in achieving their targets. It is essential for driving revenue growth and business success. Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"The Sales Enablement – Technology Innovation Specialist supports sales enablement by identifying, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing sales technologies aligned to business needs, ensuring seamless integration, effective adoption, and continuous improvement of the sales tech stack to enhance productivity and performance. Key Accountabilities • Conduct market scans to identify emerging sales technologies, tools, and innovations relevant to sales and enablement. • Assess relevance of new technologies to sales processes such as prospecting, CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management. • Evaluate tool capabilities, features, scalability, and integration compatibility with existing systems. • Analyze business value, impact, and ROI potential of proposed technologies. • Shortlist and recommend technologies aligned to business priorities and manager direction. • Define implementation plans, scope, timelines, and rollout strategies for approved technologies. • Configure and integrate tools into existing sales systems, ensuring alignment with workflows and processes. • Coordinate with Sales Operations and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and deployment. • Execute pilot programs with selected users or teams to validate functionality and usability. • Support organization-wide rollout of technologies following successful pilot outcomes. • Develop training materials, guides, and documentation to support user enablement. • Provide ongoing user support to drive adoption and effective utilization of tools. • Monitor technology adoption, usage metrics, and engagement levels across sales teams. • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and underutilization in technology usage. • Evaluate ongoing impact and value realization of implemented technologies. • Recommend and implement improvements to tool configurations, workflows, and integrations based on feedback and performance insights. • Maintain documentation of tools, processes, and integration frameworks for governance and standardization."
