Join Accenture as a Billing Process & Quality Team Lead! We are looking for a senior team lead to shape the future of custom billing process excellence within a large-scale telecom environment. This role blends people leadership with end‑to‑end ownership of billing quality, governance, and continuous improvement, offering meaningful impact across both day‑to‑day operations and strategic transformation initiatives.
You will lead and develop a specialized Process, Quality & Innovation team, ensuring operational excellence while driving enhancements across Quote‑to‑Cash processes, ServiceNow capabilities, and AI‑enabled solutions. YOUR MISSION:
Lead and develop a high‑performing Process, Quality & Innovation team, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
Own process excellence in the area of custom billing design, ensuring quality, feasibility and compliance.
Drive operational excellence across day‑to‑day execution, prioritization, and workload management.
Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives, including ServiceNow enhancements and AI‑enabled capabilities.
Act as a trusted billing subject‑matter expert, supporting complex issue resolution and solution design.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence outcomes, manage expectations, and deliver executive‑ready insights.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 2 050 € - 3 340 €.
WHO YOU ARE:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
5+ years of experience with telecom billing processes.
2+ years of people-management experience or advisory type of role.
Advanced English language skills (B2+).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex billing/contract topics into clear actions.
Strong customer/service mindset with experience handling escalations and executive-ready status reporting.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, set clear goals, and manage workload priorities.
Skilled at working with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrated experience leading process improvements
