Job Description

1. 定制化报告：

根据需求制作特别的报告，并按时交付，帮助团队做出更好的决策。

2. 组织会议：

安排销售团队的会议，记录会议内容，跟踪任务进展，并解决可能影响销售的风险。

3. 解答数据问题：

处理销售团队提出的数据相关问题，确保提供准确、清晰、及时的信息，并解决复杂的数据问题。

4. 优化流程：

寻找改进报告制作流程的方法，让工作更高效、更准确。

5. 监督团队表现：

跟踪团队的工作进度，确保任务按时完成并达到质量要求。

Qualifications

1.英文Workable

2.5 Y+工作经验，其中有工作必须得做reporting 跟计算相关报表相关经验/分析数据 不限制是否做过销售分析，可以是财务分析/采购分析/市场分析····等等

3.有分析背景/有商业/excel/Power BI / salesforce.洞察能力强 ,专家分享;  团队管理经验是Better to Have

4.沟通能力强，抗压能力，学习能力强，有客户管理管理经验
