Experience in contract management and E-sourcing & Vendor management skills will add an advantage
Will be working as a part of procurement management team which uses a systematic approach to buy raw materials from various suppliers
Responsible to coordinate with clients and create/update contracts to ensure the contracts are available on time. Also prepares the summaries of the contracts for an easy overview
Involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the supplier’s by requesting/reviewing proposals
Responsible for contract management where in you will manage the processes by coordinating with client and ensure the contracts are compliant
Work closely with the service delivery team/action owners to ensure the contractual issues (IT/Master Data) are fixed
Maintain SOW/DTP’s as per the latest process updates and ensure the relevant client approvals are procured
Experience in preparation of RFP templates (Scope, terms of reference, milestones, acceptance criteria etc.,)
Should be able to co-ordinate and conduct the biddings with suppliers
