Job Description

Project Apollo JD:

  • Experience in contract management and E-sourcing & Vendor management skills will add an advantage
  • Will be working as a part of procurement management team which uses a systematic approach to buy raw materials from various suppliers
  • Responsible to coordinate with clients and create/update contracts to ensure the contracts are available on time. Also prepares the summaries of the contracts for an easy overview
  • Involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the supplier’s by requesting/reviewing proposals

Qualifications

  • Responsible for contract management where in you will manage the processes by coordinating with client and ensure the contracts are compliant
  • Work closely with the service delivery team/action owners to ensure the contractual issues (IT/Master Data) are fixed
  • Maintain SOW/DTP’s as per the latest process updates and ensure the relevant client approvals are procured
  • Experience in preparation of RFP templates (Scope, terms of reference, milestones, acceptance criteria etc.,)
  • Should be able to co-ordinate and conduct the biddings with suppliers
