SAP MM/STP Associate Manager

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise and domain knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end SAP MM source-to-pay solution across vendor and material master data, sourcing, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification and inventory management.
• Analyze business requirements, configure the solution and produce functional designs, while coordinating integration with FI, SD, EWM, production and external procurement platforms.
• Support data migration, testing, user training, cutover and hypercare, while driving process standardization and adoption of the global template. Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of SAP MM implementation experience, with the ability to work independently, lead client workshops, deliver solution design and configuration, and drive issues through to closure.
• Relevant SAP MM delivery experience is required; ECC-to-S/4HANA brownfield upgrade experience is preferred.
• Experience in at least three global projects relevant to MM, with proven cross-region and cross-cultural collaboration; retail industry experience is a plus.
• English proficiency: E1, with basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills sufficient for global meetings, project documentation and day-to-day communication.
