AI Advisor
岗位职责
• 主持客户访谈和工作坊，梳理现有流程、瓶颈与改进目标。与客户结合预期收益、数据可用性及实施成本确定优先场景和试点范围。
• 把目标流程拆解为用户故事、业务规则和验收标准。与产品负责人维护需求清单，在需求变更时说明对范围和交付计划的影响。
• 与业务专家明确 AI 可使用的知识来源、数据口径与访问权限。针对知识问答、文档生成或智能体工作流，定义预期输出、信息不足时的处理方式和人工审批环节。
• 与设计师和 AI 工程师使用客户样例验证原型，调整提示词或流程。向客户演示典型结果与失败案例，记录取舍并确定下一轮迭代范围。
• 与业务用户建立评测样例和通过标准，覆盖常见任务与异常情况。组织用户验收测试（UAT），跟踪问题至关闭，并在上线后对照基线评估任务耗时、质量或采用率。
任职要求
• 具备 3 年及以上业务分析、技术咨询或数字化转型经验；曾在至少一个企业 AI 项目中承担需求分析、原型验证或业务验收工作，能说明自己的交付物及其作用。
• 能独立主持需求讨论、绘制业务流程、编写用户故事与验收标准，并在敏捷团队中跟踪交付。能够协调意见不同的相关方，推动客户作出范围和优先级决策。
• 理解大语言模型（LLM）、检索增强生成（RAG）和 AI 智能体的适用场景与局限；能用业务样例检查回答是否准确、引用是否支持结论，以及哪些操作需要人工复核。
• 具备清晰的中英文沟通与写作能力，能用中文主持客户讨论，并用英文编写需求、演示方案和与跨地区团队协作。
加分项
• 有咨询或技术服务公司的客户交付经验，熟悉制造、消费电子、供应链、零售或金融服务等一个或多个行业的业务流程。
• 曾用低代码工具搭建 AI 原型，或使用 SQL 分析业务数据；有企业知识助手、数据问答或多步骤智能体的评测与上线经验。
