SAP FICO Project Manager

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support successful outcomes.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development efforts.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with project goals.
Support change initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption.
Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project delivery.
任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、人工智能等相关专业优先。
• 10 年以上高科技电子行业经验，深刻理解研发、供应链、销售与售后等核心业务流程。
• 12 年以上 SAP 项目经验，具备 S/4HANA 或 ERP 全周期实施经验。
• 深入掌握财务模块及其在高科技行业的业务应用。
• 具备售前咨询经验，能够独立完成方案设计、价值阐述及客户提案。
• 熟悉 SAP 行业解决方案（SAP for High-Tech / Consumer Products），能结合行业特性进行配置优化。
• 了解主流接口与集成技术（IDOC、PI/PO、OData 等），具备跨系统架构设计能力。
• 拥有外资咨询公司或大型企业数字化转型项目经验者优先。
• 具备卓越的客户沟通、方案呈现与团队领导能力，能在跨区域、多方协作环境中高效推进项目。
加分项
• 持有 SAP 官方高级认证（如 SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Management Accounting Professional 等）。
• 曾主导头部高科技企业或互联网平台企业的 SAP 数字化转型或售前咨询项目。
• 具备将 SAP 与新兴技术（AI、IoT、RPA）融合的创新落地经验。
• 在行业论坛、客户峰会或 SAP 社区分享过专业实践经验。
