SAP FICO Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and capable SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP FICO background and solution architect experience, with demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end SAP solution planning and design, ensuring alignment with client business strategies and industry best practices.
Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale SAP implementations, managing project scope, budget, and quality to ensure high client satisfaction. Identify and mitigate project risks with effective strategies.
Engage with clients, present solutions, and showcase expertise in SAP FICO.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years of SAP FICO implementation and management experience.
Must have led at least 3 full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP FICO project.
Extensive experience in global template rollout projects (Global Template Rollout) with the capability to lead team functions in large-scale projects.
Deep expertise in the SAP ecosystem with extensive hands-on experience in delivering large-scale SAP projects specifically for Hi-Tech, CE clients.
Demonstrated team management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop consulting teams.
Good in English, with the ability to use it as the primary working language for global stakeholder communication and executive presentations.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting skills.
