SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to guide successful outcomes.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to support project goals.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate ideas.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
Support change efforts to facilitate adoption and continuous improvement.
Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project impact.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management. Must have led at least one full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP SuccessFactors project.
- Proficient in all SAP SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in at least three.
- Strong understanding of global HR trends and challenges, with expertise in localizing SAP SuccessFactors for China (e.g., data compliance, local HR practices, cultural differences).
- Fluent in English for business communication, technical discussions, and documentation.
- At least one official SAP SuccessFactors module certification is preferred.
