SAP BG-SuccessFactors Senior Manager

Identify project scope and define detailed requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
● 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management. Must have led at least one full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP SuccessFactors project.
● Proficient in all SAP SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in at least three.
● Strong understanding of global HR trends and challenges, with expertise in localizing SAP SuccessFactors for China (e.g., data compliance, local HR practices, cultural differences).
● Fluent in English for business communication, technical discussions, and documentation.
● At least one official SAP SuccessFactors module certification is preferred.
● Cantonese speaking is nice to have.
