SFL - ME/MII
工作职责:
参与 SAP MII 和 SAP ME 项目的实施，负责需求收集、Fit/Gap 分析、业务流程设计及功能开发，实现制造业务数字化转型；
主导或支持全球和区域的项目上线与实施（Global/Regional Rollout），提供专业的技术解决方案并确保项目交付的高质量；
设计和开发基于 SAP MII 平台的制造数据集成和信息智能分析，负责实时数据监控与制造流程优化；
负责 SAP ME 系统的部署与配置，包括生产车间执行系统（MES）的业务流程设计和技术支持；
制定并执行用户培训计划，提供高质量培训材料及操作指导，帮助用户熟悉 MII 和 ME 系统；
参与系统测试，包括测试用例设计、测试执行及问题解决，确保系统的功能性与稳定性；
负责上线后的系统运维，为用户提供技术支持，监控运行情况并及时解决问题以保证制造流程的连续性；
深入协作客户及项目团队，确保 MII/ME 解决方案与现有系统（例如 SAP ERP、S/4HANA 和外部设备）的无缝集成；
提供技术方案文档与报告，确保系统设计与实现符合客户的业务目标及技术要求；
任职要求:
具备五年及以上 SAP MII/ME 项目经验，至少参与过三个完整实施项目；
精通 SAP MII 平台功能，包括数据集成、实时监控、分析报告和制造流程优化；
熟悉 SAP ME 系统，包括生产管理、订单执行、工艺跟踪及质量管理；
熟悉 Fit/Gap 分析方法，能够根据制造业流程需求设计并实施技术解决方案；
深入了解与 SAP ERP/S/4HANA 系统的集成，通过标准化接口和自定义开发实现数据关联和业务协同；
熟悉制造领域的最佳实践，包括 Lean Manufacturing、智能制造和工业 4.0 的相关要求；
出色的问题排查与解决能力，能够在复杂制造环境中快速定位并解决技术问题；
具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与业务团队及技术团队进行高效合作；
英语流利，能够支持跨国项目的实施与技术交流；
优选要求:
熟悉工业 4.0 和数字化工厂解决方案，包括设备与传感器（IoT）集成及数据采集分析；
熟练掌握 SAP MII 可视化工具（如 PCo、UI5 等）及高级开发技能（如 Java、XML、SQL）；
掌握 OEE（Overall Equipment Effectiveness）优化实施经验，并熟悉 KPI 的定义与现场应用；
具备流程工业（例如汽车制造、电子设备制造等）领域的深入经验；
SAP MES 系统与第三方设备或应用程序集成经验优先
