CRM Consultant

The CRM Consultant role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of CRM activation projects across owned eCommerce websites and marketplaces in China. This role ensures seamless delivery of localized CRM strategy by managing timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and quality control—including local-language proofreading. The role acts as a bridge between business objectives, operational teams, and timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of CRM strategy and campaign operations
- Manage and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams,, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, marketplace specifications, CMS requirements, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, driving resolution through prioritization, escalation, or resource reallocation.
- Oversee asset versioning, file sharing, open-file handoffs, and final delivery protocols across websites and marketplaces.
- Participate in status calls and stakeholder touchpoints, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English
- Over 8 years of experience in CRM management delivery.
- Owned website and marketplace content updates delivered on time, error-free, and market-ready
- Strong coordination across internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors
- High-quality outputs with accurate local-language proofreading
