SAP EWM Consultant - Supply Chain Transformation

Lavorerai su progetti sfidanti di implementazione e ottimizzazione SAP EWM, supportando i clienti nella digitalizzazione dei processi logistici e di warehouse management end-to-end. Siamo alla ricerca di consulenti con un orientamento funzionale o tecnico: entrambe le figure contribuiranno, con competenze complementari, alla riuscita delle nostre trasformazioni.
A seconda del tuo profilo, sarai coinvolto in attività differenti ma strettamente integrate.
Profilo funzionale:
Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti di business e mappare i processi logistici end-to-end (inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping)
Disegnare soluzioni funzionali su SAP EWM e condurre attività di gap analysis e blueprinting
Configurare il sistema WMS e collaborare con team cross-funzionali (IT, Operations, Supply Chain) e stakeholder di business
Gestire le fasi progettuali dal design al go-live, incluse testing, training e change management
Supportare gli utenti finali in fase post go-live
Profilo tecnico:
Configurare e implementare soluzioni SAP EWM: struttura di magazzino, process types, HU management, slotting, labour management
Sviluppare componenti custom in SAP ABAP per EWM (user exit, BAdI, report, interfacce) e gestire integrazioni con sistemi terzi (MFS, PLC, TMS)
Tradurre requisiti funzionali in soluzioni tecniche su SAP S/4HANA
Supportare le attività di troubleshooting, performance tuning e post go-live.
Le tue caratteristiche

3–5 anni di esperienza su progetti SAP EWM o altri WMS strutturati (Manhattan, Blue Yonder o equivalenti), in ruolo funzionale o tecnico

Solida conoscenza dei processi di logistica e warehouse management end-to-end

Per il profilo funzionale: esperienza di blueprinting, gap analysis e configurazione funzionale WMS; capacità di interlocuzione con stakeholder senior

Per il profilo tecnico: padronanza del customizing SAP EWM e sviluppo ABAP in ambito EWM; conoscenza di SAP S/4HANA e delle principali integrazioni (PP/MM/SD, MFS, TM); ABAP RAP è un plus.
