Data, Insights, Foresights Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover key insights related to market trends, customer/consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
Interpret complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing commercial strategies.
Data and Analytics Strategies:
Develop data and analytics strategies (e.g. vision, capabilities, governance, value realization, stakeholders engagements) and roadmaps for front office functions.
Establish the link between the Data and Analytics Teams and business functions to drive the execution of D&A roadmaps.
Market Research & Methodologies:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Leverage market research to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights to internal teams and clients.
Develop specific insights-driven methodologies to support client needs (from innovation to commercial strategies definition and tracking) and inform their strategies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, tailoring insights to address their specific needs.
Present findings in a clear and compelling manner, fostering strong client relationships and trust.
Report Generation & KPIS tracking:
Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations that communicate complex data findings in a digestible format.
Develop relevant tracking eco-system (incl. KPIs) to monitor the performance of executed commercial strategies.
Collaborate with Accenture internal and global network, and external client stakeholders (incl. Strategic Insights, marketing, sales, Innovation, and product development) to align insights with overall business strategies.
Provide guidance on leveraging insights to drive commercial success across various departments.
Understand and recommend advanced analytics tools and technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization processes (e.g. within RGM processes).
Stay informed about the latest advancements in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to improve insights capabilities (in conjunction with Accenture D&A Global Centres of Excellence).
