What awaits you

  • Customer & consumer Experience Enhancement: Analyse and improve the end-to-end customer & consumer experience by assessing touchpoints, identifying pain points, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate the client's sales processes, from lead generation to conversion, and propose optimizations to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue generation.
  • Market Entry & growth Strategy: assist clients in developing a market entry strategy for a new product or service. This involves market research, competitor analysis, and the creation of a comprehensive plan for successful entry into a specific market.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead or contribute to a digital transformation initiative, helping clients leverage technology to enhance sales and marketing processes. This may include optimizing online channels and integrating digital tools for improved front-office operations.
  • Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Implement Revenue Growth Management strategies by analysing the different sales levers strategies (e.g. pricing, promotions, trade terms and assortment). Develop and execute plans to optimize revenue streams, considering market dynamics and customer behaviours for sustained business growth.

How will you make an impact?

  • You advise clients’ sales and marketing teams on tackling their most pressing issues through analytical solutions and capability programs.
  • You join in the RFP process, create request for proposal documents and liaise closely with clients through to delivery.
  • Based on client briefs you develop successful commercial strategies.


What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience from a top-tier university/school.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Based in the Romandie region.
  • Fluency in English. French is a plus.
