Junior Agile Business Delivery Consultant (part-time possible, all genders)

What awaits you
- Welcome to our multidisciplinary, energetic and well-coordinated team: Together with your colleagues, you will develop tailor-made business agility transformation approaches for and with our customers. In doing so, you will use agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Nexus and Design Thinking.
- In your position, you competently and reliably accompany complex IT-related delivery projects from requirements analysis to successful go-live. To achieve this, you first select the right delivery approach, implement it, identify and eliminate potential risks, dependencies and obstacles, and provide all parties involved with the necessary digital solutions.
- You’ll also carefully handle program and portfolio management and communicate with stakeholders in a customer-friendly and courteous manner.
- In doing so, you will skillfully and diplomatically balance the different demands of internal and external customers and resolve any conflicts of interest through empathetic moderation and negotiation with a willingness to compromise.
Qualifications
What we’re looking forward to
- You possess a university degree (e.g. in computer science/IT, business informatics, business administration, but also marketing or other) or equivalent training – we welcome applications from any discipline!
- You already have some professional experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an agile (IT) environment and know (scaled) agile methods, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development processes.
- You are willing to pursue a career path in the area of Agile Delivery or Agile Advisory.
- You are fluent in English and German and have an empathetic, efficient, and effective communication style.
