Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members to ensure alignment and efficiency. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and innovation. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and strengthen team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Coupa. - Strong understanding of procurement and spend management processes within enterprise environments. - Experience in integrating Coupa solutions with other enterprise systems to optimize workflows. - Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Coupa. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
