Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure to support seamless software delivery. Collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities. The position requires proactive monitoring and enhancement of cloud environments and container orchestration platforms to optimize performance and safeguard against potential vulnerabilities, fostering a robust and efficient development ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in DevOps processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
