Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Java.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
