- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management and system stability best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
