As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and development processes.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
- Experience in defining and implementing architectural standards and best practices.
- Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to meet project requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment with architectural vision.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
