You Are

As a Lead and Principal AI Transformation Associate Manager, you own end-to-end responsibility for designing and delivering AI-powered business transformation for enterprise clients. You are the authority who sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and change, translating business goals and client growth objectives into transformation programmes that drive measurable outcomes, not just technology deployment. Drawing on deep experience, you work across opportunity identification, roadmap definition, organisational change, and responsible AI governance, and you make well-justified decisions tailored to each client's situation, constraints, and maturity. You architect and lead end-to-end AI transformation initiatives; define AI strategy and prioritise use cases in partnership with CMOs, CDOs, and business leads; and ensure transformation sticks beyond the engagement through adoption programmes and operating model design. As the recognised AI transformation expert, you bring authoritative knowledge of how AI intersects with business process, organisational design, and change management, and you apply it to deliver transformation that sustains value after you exit. You are equally a people leader, accountable for developing and mentoring high-performing teams, and a thought leader who shapes the firm's AI point of view and translates emerging industry developments into strategic insight for clients and colleagues alike. Beyond delivery, you set the direction for responsible AI governance, embed ethical AI principles into programmes from day one, and are ultimately accountable for building repeatable AI capability across client organisations.

THE WORK

·       Own the end-to-end design and delivery of AI transformation initiatives, from opportunity identification through to implementation, ensuring programmes drive measurable business outcomes rather than technology delivery alone.

·       Develop and evaluate transformation approaches, weighing trade-offs across use case prioritisation, sequencing, organisational readiness, and delivery model to make rational, well-justified decisions tailored to each client's situation and standards.

·       Lead transformation assessments and reviews of existing AI programmes and organisational capabilities, identifying gaps, risks, adoption blockers, and optimisation opportunities, and recommending remediation.

·       Drive strategic decision-making with clients, documenting rationale, trade-offs, and assumptions so decisions are transparent, defensible, and aligned with business growth objectives.

·       Define and maintain the AI transformation roadmap, planning use case sequencing, capability uplift, and operating model evolution in step with client business and product goals.

·       Partner with CMOs, CDOs, and senior business leads to define AI strategy, prioritise use cases, and build transformation roadmaps aligned to client growth objectives, translating requirements into actionable programmes and standards.

·       Design and lead organisational change management and AI adoption programmes, bridging business and technology stakeholders and ensuring transformation sticks beyond the engagement.

·       Serve as the authoritative AI transformation expert, applying deep knowledge of how AI intersects with business process, organisational design, regulatory requirements, and change management.

·       Develop and communicate a clear point of view on AI, translating emerging industry developments into timely thought leadership that informs client strategic decisions and strengthens the firm's credibility in the market.

·       Embed responsible AI principles into transformation programmes from day one — designing governance frameworks, ethical AI adoption practices, and regulatory compliance into the delivery rather than retrofitting them.

·       Design repeatable AI capability-building programmes across client organisations, including innovation initiatives, workforce upskilling, and operating model design that sustains AI value after engagement exit.

·       Establish AI performance and value tracking strategy, defining business KPIs, adoption metrics, and benefit realisation frameworks, and driving continuous optimisation against them post-implementation.

·       Integrate AI transformation programmes into enterprise environments, ensuring interoperability with existing technology, security posture, compliance requirements, and client governance standards.

·       Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team, providing hands-on mentorship to junior colleagues, setting clear expectations, and creating the conditions for individuals to grow into senior roles.

·       Set technical and strategic direction, standards, and best practices, leading design and programme reviews and holding the bar for quality across the team.

Here's What You'll Need:

·       Minimum of 4 years designing, leading, and delivering AI or digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients, including strategy definition, use case prioritisation, and business case development.

·       2+ years of people management experience, including direct oversight of junior colleagues and a demonstrated track record of mentorship that cultivates high-performing teams.

·       A University Degree is required for this position

·       Proven ability to translate emerging industry developments in AI into timely thought leadership that informs strategic decisions or strengthens the firm's credibility with clients and in the market.

·       Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning as a subject, including the practical implications for business process, organisational design, and workforce change.

·       English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
