The Work:
Manage small to mid-size project portfolio in a high-pace environment
Provide support in all phases of the project lifecycle, managing schedule, budget, scope, earned value and quality requirements.
Demonstrate success in team leadership, stakeholder management, process adherence and risk management.
Schedule and conduct alignment meetings.
Coordinate with relevant functions to monitor the daily pace of activities and escalate issues.
Participate in the deployment of dashboards, metrics (KPI) and executive presentations.
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Experience in relation to the Project Management domain.
Experience using MS Office tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Google Suite.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team player showing initiative.
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
Bilingual in French and English.
A PMP Certification would be an asset.
Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry.
Ability to lead a team and drive organizational change.
