The Logistics Service Representative is a front-line support role responsible for delivering high-quality logistics and customer service support across multiple programs.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, clients and delivery partners. You will support day-to-day logistics operations, manage first-level escalations, coordinate deliveries with couriers, and ensure all interactions and transactions are accurately documented in internal systems.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications from customers, clients, Cisco Engineers, and delivery companies via various communication channels

  • Serve as a front-line logistics support representative, providing first-level issue resolution and escalation when needed

  • Advise and support customers, ensuring a positive service experience

  • Coordinate deliveries with courier partners in accordance with contractual agreements and logistics processes

  • Assess incoming requests to determine how best to assist or route them appropriately

  • Accurately update and maintain program databases with all relevant customer and logistics information

  • Handle challenging or unique customer situations in line with company policies and quality standards

  • Identify, document, and escalate data, delivery, or program-related issues to the appropriate level of management

  • Support quality assurance efforts and ensure compliance with program criteria and operational procedures

Shift: 9:00 - 15:30

Required Skills & Competencies:
 

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, front-line environment

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Ability to handle escalations calmly and effectively

  • Strong coordination skills, especially when working with external delivery partners

  • Familiarity with or an ability to understand and utilize a database and MS Office programs.

  • Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
