Logistics Service Representative (Part-time)
The Logistics Service Representative is a front-line support role responsible for delivering high-quality logistics and customer service support across multiple programs.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, clients and delivery partners. You will support day-to-day logistics operations, manage first-level escalations, coordinate deliveries with couriers, and ensure all interactions and transactions are accurately documented in internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communications from customers, clients, Cisco Engineers, and delivery companies via various communication channels
Serve as a front-line logistics support representative, providing first-level issue resolution and escalation when needed
Advise and support customers, ensuring a positive service experience
Coordinate deliveries with courier partners in accordance with contractual agreements and logistics processes
Assess incoming requests to determine how best to assist or route them appropriately
Accurately update and maintain program databases with all relevant customer and logistics information
Handle challenging or unique customer situations in line with company policies and quality standards
Identify, document, and escalate data, delivery, or program-related issues to the appropriate level of management
Support quality assurance efforts and ensure compliance with program criteria and operational procedures
Shift: 9:00 - 15:30
Required Skills & Competencies:
Fluency in English
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, front-line environment
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
Ability to handle escalations calmly and effectively
Strong coordination skills, especially when working with external delivery partners
Familiarity with or an ability to understand and utilize a database and MS Office programs.
Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
