Our Bulgarian Technology team is currently implementing complex global projects in a vast portfolio of industries – e-commerce, retail, insurance, banking, telecommunications, automotive, public sector, travel and culture.

Role Overview:

The role is open in various locations such as Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Ruse, and Burgas.

Accenture Bulgaria is looking for a motivated person to join our Technical Support Team as L1 Engineer. We offer challenging work across different projects with the main duties being:

  • performing diagnostics and maintenance of E-commerce solutions

  • debugging incorrect website behavior (content, configuration, or code-related issues)

  • configuring and troubleshooting backend applications.  

You will also investigate and troubleshoot data feeds from 3rd parties in XML, WebService, or SOAP format. Along with all that, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting, and assume ownership of reported incidents, providing clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.

We will offer opportunities to perform deployments and smoke tests as well as to create and maintain knowledge base articles with known tasks/issues.

Technology Stack Used & Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in Linux
  • Experience with SQL, Bash, SSH, cronjobs
  • Web services  - basic
  • Computer Networks 
  • JavaScript, HTML, HTTP, XML - will be advantage
  • E-commerce platforms experience
  • Good analytical thinking skills
