Job Description

  • Ensures assigned team s clear understanding and importance of achieving goals and critical objectives.
  • Creates and fosters a customer excellence focused environment, and manages expectations from clients.
  • Plans and manages work of staff, makes decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment, and staffing.
  • Promotes a positive work environment and communicates with employees clearly and regularly.
  • Shares results and achievements of employees to enhance connection, value and engagement.
  • Identifies development opportunities within the team and provide appropriate training and mentoring resulting in improved performance.
  • Provides authority on cases evaluated within assign authority levels.
  • Identifies, supports, and contributes to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and multinational business.


Minimum requirements for application include:
  • At least 2 years prior people management experience in a fast-moving environment with high customer demand and turnaround times.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan organize and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to promote and build a team atmosphere that fosters technical and service excellence.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Prior management, or related leadership, experience.
  • Fluency in French and good English.
