We are looking for a Young Graduate Junior Account / Client Account Analyst to strengthen our Marketing team in Belgium, supporting the delivery of innovative campaigns for local and international clients.

💼 What you’ll do

As a Junior Account / Client Account Analyst, you will:
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between clients and internal cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Support the management of project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule
  • Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and proactively follow up to maintain project momentum
  • Coordinate the consolidation and delivery of client feedback to creative and strategy teams
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, status reports, and key documentation
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, and invoicing processes in collaboration with senior account leads
  • Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are respected across all deliverables
  • Provide logistical support for campaign production, including shoots, events, and launches
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues in a solution‑oriented way
  • Build strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail

🧠 What we’re looking for

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

🛠 Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus

🌍 Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages are a plus, depending on the market
