In questo contesto, la Generative AI abilita una nuova classe di soluzioni: copilot industriali, agenti operativi e automazione intelligente su processi e knowledge base enterprise.
Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con esperienza nello sviluppo Python e nella costruzione di sistemi GenAI agentici.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
All’interno del team sarai coinvolto/a in attività di:
- Progettazione e sviluppo di applicazioni GenAI (MVP → produzione) con focus su affidabilità, sicurezza e scalabilità
- Creazione di agenti e workflow agentici: orchestrazione di tool, pianificazione, memoria, stato, controllo esecuzione e fallback
- Implementazione di pattern come RAG, tool/function calling, routing, grounding su basi documentali e dati strutturati
- Integrazione con ecosistemi enterprise (API, sistemi industriali, document management, PLM/MES/ERP, ticketing, knowledge base)
- Ownership end-to-end: dalla prototipazione alla messa in esercizio (CI/CD, osservabilità, evaluation, guardrail, cost control)
- Collaborazione in team cross-funzionali (product, data, cloud, security, domain expert) e contributo a standard, acceleratori e best practice
- Mentoring tecnico su scelte architetturali, qualità del codice, test strategy per LLM e approcci di valutazione
- Aggiornamento continuo su framework, modelli, approcci agentici e pratiche di AI engineering in ambito industriale
Le tue caratteristiche
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza dello sviluppo software (preferibilmente Python) in contesti strutturati
- Ottima conoscenza di Python: packaging, typing, async, design patterns, performance, qualità del codice
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di servizi/API (FastAPI o equivalenti), integrazione con sistemi esterni e gestione autenticazione/autorizzazione
- Conoscenza dei principi base di LLM application development: prompt design, function calling, RAG, embeddings, vector search
- Esperienza (o forte esposizione) a framework GenAI come LangGraph (molto apprezzato) e/o LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
- Conoscenza di metodologie agentiche e pattern di orchestrazione, ad esempio: ReAct, plan-and-execute, tool-use controllato, grafi di stato / workflow (routing, branching, retries), multi-agent (ruoli, delega, arbitration), human-in-the-loop, gestione memoria (short/long-term), grounding e citazioni
- Buona base su testing e qualità: pytest, unit/integration test, test su prompt/risposte, regressioni e evaluation automatizzata
- Familiarità con RESTful API, formati dati (JSON), code review e Git workflow
- Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato
Nice to have
- Esperienza su Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API, o deployment di modelli open-source (Hugging Face, vLLM, TGI)
- Conoscenza di vector DB e search: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
- LLMOps / MLOps: osservabilità (tracing), prompt/versioning, dataset di valutazione, metriche (groundedness, faithfulness, toxicity), cost governance
- Esperienza con container e cloud native (Docker, Kubernetes) e CI/CD
- Conoscenza di security & compliance per GenAI (data privacy, PII, policy enforcement, prompt injection mitigation, content filtering)
- Esperienze in ambito Industry X (engineering, manufacturing, asset operations, capital projects) e integrazione con sistemi enterprise/OT
