Market Development Director ServiceNow
As a Market Development Director for ServiceNow, you will play a key role in shaping and accelerating Accenture’s ServiceNow business across the FBL Market Unit. You will act as a senior leader at the intersection of strategy, sales, and ecosystem orchestration, with a strong focus on origination and net new names.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Ownership: define, own, and execute the ServiceNow partnership and growth strategy across the Belux Market. Drive co-sell motions, go-to-market (GTM) alignment, and joint solution development in close collaboration with the Accenture ServiceNow Business Group and ServiceNow leadership.
- Ecosystem & Partner Leadership: act as the primary interface between ServiceNow (sales leadership, partner, and technical teams) and Accenture client account leads. Build trusted, executive-level relationships to maximize joint value creation.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Drive joint pipeline generation, acceleration, and conversion, including complex and transformational opportunities especially for Belgium and Luxembourg. Animate industry-specific GTM initiatives and proactively identify whitespace opportunities.
- Deal Shaping & Complex Sales: Identify complex business and technology challenges requiring deep understanding of client priorities, buyer needs, and ServiceNow-based solutions. Lead deal shaping, value storytelling, and executive-level positioning for high-impact pursuits.
- Market Influence & Thought Leadership: Contribute to market positioning by promoting ServiceNow’s value beyond IT (enterprise workflows, business transformation, operational resilience, etc.), in alignment with Accenture’s broader transformation agenda.
Your Background
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or professional services environments
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, either as a Sales Executive, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or in a comparable senior role
- Proven track record in complex sales and business development within enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close large-scale deals
- Prior experience managing annual sales quotas of $10M+ (or equivalent)
- Ability to operate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, solutioning, and delivery teams
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills
- Strong capability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders at clients, ServiceNow, and Accenture
- Industry expertise is a strong asset: A solid background within a specific industry, including exposure to multiple accounts in that industry, is highly valued to bring deep business and operational understanding.
- Fluent in either French or Dutch and English. Proficiency in the other national language is a strong plus
