As a Technology Transformation Consultant at Accenture, you will be at the forefront at shaping and realizing clients’ ambitions. Your role will involve to shape the transformation journey bringing client strategies to live into well-defined plans, drive operating model changes and bring agility in the way people, data, processes, and technology interact to deliver results. Leveraging the power of Accenture across consulting, technology, and operations, you will drive transformative initiatives.

As a Technology Transformation Consultant, you will be expected to:
· Understand a client’s business and IT strategy and how to convert an ambition into tangible plans across people, processes and tools with a logical focus on the technology enablement.
· Quickly understand our client environment in terms of Technology & (IT) operating model and what’s the potential impacted areas to realize the client strategic ambitions.
· Develop transformation journey’s that translate client strategies into plans that can vary from short term improvements to major business-driven, technology-enabled multi-year transformation plans across the entire organization. The focus can go from future-proof architectures using modern technologies like cloud, data & AI over next-gen connectivity, platform architectures to IT portfolio and cost excellence initiatives (and more).
· Assess the impact on the operating model and way of working in order to develop change plans and act as a coach to the client to execute it.
· Drive and be part of the Transformation leadership that oversees progress and prepares for alternative plans and acceleration levers to maximize value creation over time.
· Participate in C-level communications by developing consistent and compelling storylines.
· Guide our clients through the transformation program to successfully implement their strategies.

Your background
· A Master's degree
· At least 3-4 years of experience in Technology Consulting, with a focus on planning for-, leading or contributing to large-scale digital and/or technology transformation initiatives.
· Experience in consulting or customer-facing project-based work.
· Knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture frameworks (relevant certifications are a plus) and delivery models (e.g. Scaled Agile).
· Flexible and able to travel when required, within your work-life balance limits.
· Professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
· Previous experience working in Products industry is a must, with a bonus for Life Sciences (for example linked to topics such as IT/OT integration, SAP, DTLS, Life science compliancy topics …)
· Proven experience in at least two of the following domains: Cloud Strategy, IT Operating Models (incl. SIAM), Target Technology Landscape Definition, Data Architecture, IT/OT system integration, IT cost reduction, IT Security Strategy, Platform Assessment, Application modernization trajectories.
· Excellent C-Level communication skills, written and oral.
· Strong networking skills, building and growing relationships with senior client stakeholders and addressing their needs pro-actively.
· Ability to build, manage and foster a project team.
