As a Technology Strategy Consultant at Accenture, you will be at the forefront of developing and elaborating on our clients’ strategies. Your role will involve developing business and IT strategies into well-defined plans and leading the integration of people, processes, and technology. Leveraging the power of Accenture across consulting, technology, and operations, you will drive transformative initiatives.
In this dynamic and flexible environment, you will navigate operating model changes, IT modernization and optimization (including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning), and data-driven business reinvention. You will utilize your expertise to build, advise, and execute on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.

As a Technology Strategy Consultant, you will be expected to:
· Understand & support development/elaboration of a client’s business and IT strategy with a logical focus on the business impact and technology enablement.
· Quickly understand our client environment in terms of Technology & (IT) operating model and what’s the potential impacted areas to realize the client strategic ambitions.
· Translate client strategies into (transformation) plans that can vary from short term improvements to major business-driven, technology-enabled multi-year transformation plans across the entire organization. The focus can go from future-proof architectures using modern technologies like cloud, data & AI over next-gen connectivity, platform architectures to IT portfolio and cost excellence initiatives (and more).
· Create organizational and technology blueprints based on rigorous analysis and that scan as-is state and to make recommendations based on technology & industry knowledge for future state.
· Build an opinion and advise our clients on their plans leveraging cloud partners and platforms to drive innovation, flexibility and agility across the client organization.
· Participate in C-level communications by developing consistent and compelling storylines.
· Bring strategy to execution by guiding our clients through the transformation journey to successfully implement their strategies.

Strategy & Consulting is one of five services that make up one Accenture – the others are Operations, Technology, Song, and Industry X.
Your background
· A Master's degree
· At least 3-4 years of experience in relevant Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture domains.
· Experience in consulting or customer-facing project-based work with specific project experience in at least 2 of the following domains: Tech-Driven Growth Strategy, Digital Strategy, Tech Value/Debt & Cost Takeout, Enterprise Architecture & Digital Core (incl. platform/application assessments & cloud strategy), Technology Operating Model (incl. IT SIAM).
· Knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (relevant certifications are a plus).
· Flexible and able to travel when required, within your work-life balance limits.
· Professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
· Previous experience in the Products & Resources industry is a plus.
· Excellent C-Level communication skills, written and oral.
· Strong networking skills, building and growing relationships with senior client stakeholders and addressing their needs pro-actively.
· Ability to build, manage and foster a project team.
