Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies. This role requires envisioning innovative approaches to enhance testing processes and ensuring the overall quality of software products. The position includes guiding teams through complex challenges and aligning testing strategies with organizational goals to deliver robust and reliable solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives and timely delivery of testing milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Experience with integrating testing solutions into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop strategic quality engineering plans.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within automated testing environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
