As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructures. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the architecture is viable, secure, and performs optimally. You will also be responsible for creating proofs of architecture to validate design choices and enhance the overall functionality of the systems you work on. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Engineer, Architect, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Pracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.), including schema design and query optimization.
- Integrate and manage cloud platform services (preferably AWS), utilizing AWS-managed services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
- Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless front-end/back-end integration.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform), and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security for databases and application stacks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues for database and application layers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile team collaboration

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Management.
- Database Systems (RDBMS, No SQL and Cloud DB)
- Infrastructure as a Code & Scripting
- Public Cloud IaaS and Associated PaaS
- Cloud Native and Containers
- Backup and Storage (Commvault, IBM, Hitachi Backup, Cloud Front, Amazon S3, Azure Storage)
- Observability & Environment Health (Newrelic) and Environment Health and Capacity Management and Tech Debt and FinOps
- Enterprise AI (Agentic AI Framework (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen) and Responsible AI Concepts and AI Guardrails )
- Strong understanding of cloud service models and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience in data pipeline development and ETL processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
