Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
