Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous engagement in refining and optimizing applications to ensure they align with evolving business objectives and operational standards. The engineer actively participates in problem-solving and decision-making processes to deliver effective and efficient software products that support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance within cloud environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues across integrated systems.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques relevant to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application deployment and maintenance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
