Social Integrated Producer - Droga5 Sydney
Droga5 | Sydney
Droga5 is looking for an Integrated Social Producer to join our Sydney team and bring culturally relevant, platform-native ideas to life across social, digital and integrated campaigns.
Sitting at the intersection of creative, strategy and production, you’ll manage projects from initial briefing and scoping through to production, post-production and final delivery. You’ll produce everything from agile, mobile-first social content to stills, OOH, digital and integrated campaign assets, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines and practical delivery.
This role is suited to someone who understands social culture, knows what makes audiences stop scrolling, and can move quickly without compromising quality.
What you’ll do
- Produce platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, Reddit and emerging social channels.
- Manage projects end to end, including briefs, scopes, budgets, timelines, resource plans, production, post-production and delivery.
- Partner with creative, strategy, social and client service teams to translate campaign ideas into effective social and integrated executions.
- Coordinate in-house teams, external production companies, photographers, suppliers and freelancers.
- Plan and deliver social content captures, stills shoots and integrated productions, including talent, locations, logistics and on-site production.
- Manage fast-turnaround mobile content alongside larger, polished campaign productions.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, captioning, asset sizing and delivery across formats such as 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
- Engage and brief content creators, managing content development and delivery for brand-owned social channels.
- Support influencer and talent engagement where required.
- Track asset allowances, revision cycles, approvals and delivery schedules across multiple active channels.
- Manage estimates, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations and project finances.
- Coordinate licensing, talent agreements and usage requirements.
- Identify production risks, budget pressures and timeline challenges early, developing practical solutions with the wider team.
- Use modern production tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scale content output.
- Stay across emerging trends, platform updates and cultural moments to help brands participate authentically and quickly.
What we’re looking for
- Approximately four or more years of experience in social, integrated, content or digital production within a creative agency, media publisher or fast-paced brand environment.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
- Experience producing mobile-first social content, photography, stills and integrated campaign assets.
- A solid understanding of production processes from briefing and scoping through to rollout and final delivery.
- Experience managing shoots, talent, locations, suppliers, budgets, schedules and post-production.
- Confidence working with creative, strategy, account and client teams.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how creative output connects to brand objectives, channel requirements and client outcomes.
- A practical, collaborative approach and the confidence to communicate production recommendations clearly.
- The ability to move at the speed of social culture while maintaining strong production standards.
About you
You’re a hands-on producer who speaks fluent internet and understands how social content is conceived, produced and consumed. You’re equally comfortable coordinating agile creator-led content, managing a stills shoot or delivering an integrated campaign rollout.
You bring structure to fast-moving projects, remain calm when priorities shift and know how to find practical production solutions that protect both the creative idea and the commercial requirements.
About Droga5
Droga5 is a creative agency built around ambitious ideas and their ability to shape culture and drive meaningful business impact. As part of the Sydney team, you’ll collaborate with creative, strategic and production talent to deliver distinctive work across social, digital and integrated channels.
