  • Collaborate across CyberCX to strengthen customer engagement, knowledge-sharing and service delivery.

You will bring:

  • A proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and navigating medium- to long-term sales cycles.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Experience acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts through cross-functional collaboration.
  • The ability to prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing quotations and tender responses to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and account management platforms, including Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, adaptable and resilient approach to solving problems and responding to change.
  • You will be professional and ethical, with the ability to inspire trust through integrity and respect. You will bring a customer-focused, collaborative and enterprise-minded approach, along with the adaptability and initiative needed to deliver outstanding outcomes.
