The work we do matters
CyberCX, part of Accenture, protects and defends our customers and communities by providing the most comprehensive range of cyber security professional services in the region.

How will you make an impact
This is a leadership role within Accenture CyberCX's Financial Services practice, reporting directly to the Asia Oceania Financial Services Lead. The role sits at the intersection of client account management, market development, and strategic security advisory, with a remit spanning
embedded client engagements through to enterprise and mid-market growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Leadership
- Serve as Security Account Lead for a portfolio of embedded, priority financial services clients — owning the relationship, overseeing delivery quality, and driving strategic outcomes.
- Develop deep trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and risk executives.
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction across the account portfolio.
Market Development & Go-to-Market
- Identify and pursue cybersecurity-led go-to-market opportunities within the ANZ financial services sector, including standalone security engagements across advisory, risk, compliance, and managed security services.
- Identify and drive integrated opportunities where cyber can be embedded into broader transformational deals — including cloud migrations, core system modernisation, and regulatory uplift programs.
- Engage mid-market financial services clients to expand CyberCX's footprint and build pipeline beyond the enterprise segment.
- Partner with Accenture's broader industry and technology teams to position cyber as a critical enabler within large-scale transformation pursuits.
Strategic Engagement
- Engage enterprise and strategic financial services clients on complex, high-value security programs —bringing together CyberCX capabilities to address their most critical challenges.
- Contribute to shaping the Financial Services security strategy across Asia Oceania, working in close collaboration with practice leadership.
- Maintain a current view of the ANZ regulatory landscape (APRA CPS 234, SOCI, NZ CCCFA, etc.) and translate this into client-relevant advisory and propositions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting or advisory within the financial services sector.
- Track record of managing and growing senior client relationships in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying, shaping, and converting security opportunities— both standalone and as part of larger transformation deals.
- Deep understanding of the ANZ financial services regulatory and threat environment.
- Ability to operate across embedded client accounts, mid-market pursuits, and enterprise strategic engagements simultaneously.
- Collaborative leader who can work across a matrixed organisation to bring the best of CyberCX and Accenture to clients.
