Accenture is excited to announce the opening of our new technology and operations centre in Ballarat. This state-of-the-art facility will support Australian businesses and government departments by providing essential onshore technology services.

Who we're looking for:

Proven experience in Design and Implementation using skills in routing, switching, wireless technologies
-
2+ years’ experience in design and implementation of SD-LAN and SD-WAN solution ( Juniper SD-LAN experience is desirable)

Design and implementation of Cloud networking solution for Google, Azure and AWS Cloud Platform (Minimum one Cloud platform experience is preferred )
-
Design and implementation of NexGen firewalls from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto.

Experience in developing technical design documentation such as high-level design, low-level design, bill of material (BoM), configuration templates.

Develop network testing strategy, Test plans and testing execution.

Build cut-over/implementation plan in compliance with client's change management process.

Support troubleshooting efforts during implementation and post go-live support.

Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
