  • Define KPI hierarchies, attribution frameworks, commercial success measures and budget-allocation principles.
  • Set standards across paid search, social, programmatic, CTV/BVOD, app acquisition and partner channels.
  • Govern bidding, audience, creative rotation, testing and optimisation practices, including SEM architecture and app campaigns.
  • Lead privacy-safe measurement across GA4, CAPI, server-side tagging, clean rooms, incrementality testing, MMM inputs and offline-to-online attribution.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear commercial advice for senior marketing leaders, including CMOs.

  • Govern the performance technology stack and lead platform betas and innovation pilots.

Leadership, Clients & Growth

  • Lead and develop Performance Directors and Managers, building a culture of analytical rigour, testing, healthy challenge and continuous improvement.
  • Manage capability development, workload, wellbeing and the transition to AI-augmented ways of working.
  • Act as the senior performance authority for clients, leading QBRs, annual reviews and capability roadmaps.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels, audiences, technology and commercial triggers, and turn them into strong proposals.
  • Shape Accenture Song’s performance marketing point of view through thought leadership, benchmarking and industry participation.
  • Support new business and organic growth with performance strategy and commercial expertise.
  • Partner with media, strategy, data and technology leaders to ensure compliant, privacy-safe and integrated delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in performance marketing, including 3-5 years in a Director-level leadership role.
  • Enterprise-scale leadership across paid search, paid social, programmatic, app acquisition and CRM-led activation.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, TikTok Ads and Apple Search Ads, or comparable platforms.
  • Advanced expertise in measurement architecture, attribution, experimentation, CAPI, GA4, server-side tagging, clean rooms and MMM data preparation.
  • Fluency across DSPs, CDPs, analytics, attribution and AI-assisted optimisation tools.
  • Experience within a high-investment category such as retail, financial services, telecommunications, automotive or health.
  • A track record of building high-performing teams and connecting media investment to acquisition, retention and commercial growth.
  • Clear and credible communication with senior clients, combined with strong performance storytelling skills.
