ROLE

Lead the origination, shaping, solutioning, costing and pricing of technology and consulting deals across Cloud, Data and Agentic AI for Accenture's Mid-Market clients in ANZ. Be the trusted voice with client C-suite and executive leadership and build the new blueprints and solutioning approaches that set us apart.

What matters most: agility and flexibility. You will move between cloud migration, data, AI and other technology opportunities, across different clients and deal types, often in the same week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solution new opportunities: Design the solution approach, technology platform and personnel requirements, build the RFP response, lead and participate in client orals, and drive commercial shaping with deal and pricing leads.
• Advise the C-suite: Lead CIO, CFO and board conversations and turn technology ambition into clear business cases with credible ROI.
• Build the deal: Develop the estimation, solution architecture, staffing model, costing and pricing for client proposals.
• Architect solutions: Design scalable, cost-effective architectures across cloud, data, analytics, GenAI and agentic AI.
• Build blueprints: Create reusable reference architectures, accelerators and offerings that drive faster time-to-value for mid-market clients.
• Innovate: Pioneer AI-first and asset-led solutioning approaches and take them to market.
• Embed trust: Build responsible AI, privacy and security into every solution, in line with ANZ regulation.
• Drive ecosystem GTM: Work with ecosystem partners (hyperscalers, data, AI and software vendors) to build joint go-to-market strategies, offerings and sales motions.
• Grow the practice: Mentor the next generation of solution architects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Agility and flexibility: you adapt quickly across clients, deal types and technologies, and thrive when priorities shift.
• 10+ years of pre-sales and solutioning across technology and consulting deals.
• Breadth to solution cloud migration and modernisation, data and AI, and wider technology opportunities with equal confidence.
• A proven record of winning complex deals, with the outcomes to show for it.
• Executive presence and experience influencing CIOs, CFOs and boards.
• Adept at building estimates, architectures, staffing models, costing and pricing for client deals.
• Experience building go-to-market strategies and joint sales motions with ecosystem partners.
• Depth in Azure, AWS or GCP, plus data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and agentic patterns (RAG, agents, guardrails, MLOps).
• Experience in the ANZ market.

Nice to have: industry depth (Retail, Resources, FS, Public Sector), enterprise applications (e.g. SAP, Salesforce), and cloud or architecture certifications.

Melbourne and Sydney, may consider other locations in Australia
