About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Emirati students and recent graduates to join our HR, IT & Finance Internship Program. This two-year internship provides hands-on exposure across Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance, offering a unique opportunity to gain practical business experience while developing professional and technical skills.
The program is designed to provide broad exposure to core business functions, enabling interns to contribute to meaningful projects, support day-to-day operations, and build the foundation for a successful professional career.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
Information Technology
- Provide basic technical and administrative support to employees.
- Assist with hardware and software setup activities.
- Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain IT inventories and records.
- Participate in technology-related projects and digital initiatives.
Finance
- Assist with financial administration, reporting, and documentation.
- Support invoice processing and record maintenance.
- Help prepare financial reports and data analysis.
- Assist with budgeting and reconciliation activities where required.
- Support finance projects and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- UAE National with a Family Book.
- Currently enrolled in a university/college program or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting.
